Thanksgiving at The Dahlhouse
Thanksgiving 2015 at the Dahlhouse was full of funny stories as usually. This was officially our 3rd bird together & here are some cooking tips, decor, fashion & a fun twist on a staple recipe from our table to yours…
Brushcetta Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1 basket of multi colored cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup slivered Basil
- Extra Virgin Imported Olive Oil
- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
Directions
1.Preheat Oven to 350
2.Slice loaf on angle & toast in oven for 5 minutes
3. Whip cheeses together
4. Slice cherry tomatoes, throw in a bowl with oil olive, basil, sea salt & ground pepper
5. Spread cheese on bread & scoop tomato mixture on top
6. Serve immediately
