Black Forest Ham & Spinach Frittatas
Sometime me you want to make something that looks straight out of a food magazine to impress your guests. How great is it when it’s super easy to make & it looks like you’ve slaved for days š
This is the perfect weekend brunch recipe!
Black Forest Ham & Spinach Frittatas
Ingredients
- 12 slices of Boars Head Black Forest ham
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups of spinach
- 2 tbs fresh thyme
- 1 cup of grated gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup onion (optional)
Directions
- Preheat over to 350
- Line mini muffin pan with ham
- Chop & sautƩe spinach, onions & half of the thyme for 2 minutes
- remove from heat & cool
- beat eggs until fluffy
- add spinach & onion to eggs
- add cheese to eggs (optional)
- bake for 15 minutes or until done
- season with cracked pepper, sea salt & the rest of the fresh thyme
