Put them together and you have the most relaxing, therapeutic work out around…and it’s all done outside in nature. Grand slam, slam dunk. You can’t be mad when there are baby goats jumping on you, and you don’t even mind when they leave their little pellets on your yoga pad haha They are just too precious.
We tried Goat Yoga Nashville back in August when everyone had just started raving about it…With work, traveling, being in the process of closing on a house & moving…we needed a stress reliever big time. So I surprised my husband with a class and it was such a hit! My husband loves animals to put it mildly…and with the loss of our Golden Retriever, Gracie, still somewhat fresh on our hearts…we really missed being around animals & this was the perfect “animal therapy” fix for us!
